Description

Charles Mingus     Pithecanththropus Erectus LP. 
This is the 1967 release of this 1959 classic.  The vinyl is in excellent condition with only faint hairlines visible under bright light. It plays through cleanly with no surface noise and only the occasional very faint pop. It has been sonically cleaned, and includes the original Atlantic inner from that period. The cover I would grade as a VG, it is clean with no ringwear, but down grades because there is corner damage with slight seam splits of a couple of mm top and bottom.
