Celtic Frost - Cold Lake
Signed by the band at a signing session in Sheffield on the Vanity/Nemesis tour in 1990 - Tom G. Warrior / Stephen Priestley / Curt Victor Bryant / Martin Ain
(interestingly, Martin Ain signed my To Mega Therion LP with his name, but on this album - presumably cos he's not on it - he just scrawls "Oly X?". A reference to Oliver Amberg, perhaps)
Vinyl – G/Ave: plenty of light scratches but nothing deep. Strange as I don't remember playing the album that much. Should be okay
Inner – G: printed. A few marks. 5cm tear along one edge
Sleeve – VG: some small creases along edges
POSTAGE
INTERNATIONAL: via the Global Shipping Program – buyer pays all charges invoiced by shipping company (my postage charge is for sending to a shipping centre in UK). Each item (e.g. 2 LPs in one auction) will be posted separately.
UK: 2nd class Signed For. I offer some discount on postage for multiple purchases.
I guarantee postage, with albums bubble-wrapped and packed in cardboard.
Postage price – RM charge £3.95, I use a dedicated record mailing box which costs ~65p; plus a few pence for bubble wrap and tape takes my costs to about £4.65. Both Paypal and Ebay add charges, so £5.50 is a reasonable fee.
Buyers are welcome to collect.
All vinyl comes from my own collection; I've always played records I bought, not placed them on a shelf to look at. I’ve tried to look after them but moving home, having parties, lending them to friends and general wear from usage do take their toll on something as fragile as vinyl.
I try to describe items as best and as honestly as possible; as I was once an avid vinyl collector, I appreciate the desire for records to be in playable condition and for the packaging to be as undamaged as possible. But I am having a big vinyl clearance and I can't spend an age examining and writing up each item so I'm bound to overlook the odd thing.
That said, I have so far sold over 400 LPs and singles with no negative feedback and just one parcel going astray, which left me out-of-pocket.
IF, AFTER READING THIS, YOU CHOOSE TO BID ON AN ITEM PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE SHOULD ANY FAULTS BE FOUND AFTER SALE.
