Here is Unit Structures by Cecil Taylor on Blue Note BST-84237.   1967 re-issue.

Center labels:

• Blue and white, with "Blue Note Records A Division Of Liberty Records, Inc."

• Album title is in all capital letters (above spindle hole)

• No track durations printed

Label address on bottom back cover reads "43 West 61st St., New York, N.Y. 10023".

Recorded on May 19, 1966.

"VAN GELDER" is stamped into the run out groove of both sides.
