Description

Sun 287.  Glad All Over/ Lend Me Your Comb.  This 78 comes from old store stock that was uncovered in a warehouse in Camden, NJ in the early 1970's.  It has been in storage for decades.  The surface wear it exhibits is storage related and not needle related.  I grade the 78 as VG+ or 7.25 out of 10.  It has nice gloss and clean labels.  It has light surface wear and a few pressing bubbles on each side that do not affect play.  It also comes with the original brown paper sleeve.  Priority shipping for domestic bidders is available and will be shipped as described below.  

Shipping 78's 78's cannot be shipped the same way that LP's and 45's are.  They must be shipped sandwiched between rigid cardboard and then wrapped in bubble wrap creating a pillow effect and then put in an oversized box.  This process makes the shipping charge higher than typical for international packages.  Insurance is not available for international packages and all risk is assumed by the bidder.  This situation is probably not acceptable for a lot of potential international bidders (and I understand completely if you feel that way, I would too) so please consider before bidding. 
GRADING
Near Mint or Mint Minus:  My top grade.  The record or cover will show the most minimal of wear.  The record will have top gloss.  The cover will be free from any ring wear, splits, or handwriting.
VG++ :  Not quite Near Mint but a super clean, desirable record.
VG+ :  The record or cover will show signs of wear but no significant defects.
VG  :  Obvious signs of wear but the record still has life in it.  VG does not mean beat.
VG Minus  :  The record or cover will show moderate to heavy wear.  For a common record this would not be an acceptable grade.  For an in-demand, rare record it should be considered.
Good  :  Very heavy wear.  This grade would only be acceptable if the record is rare enough that you might not see another copy available for sale.
