This is an 11-song, 1-sided radio station promo made for Coca-Cola in 1969 - never sold in stores. Consists of five Canadian bands (The Guess Who, Mandala, The Magic Cycle, Nucleus and the 5 Man Electrical Band) performing original UNRELEASED tunes available nowhere else. Every song is Coke-related, but they don't sound like jingles - more like short songs, interspersed with a cheesy announcer. Each is performed in the signature style of the band - the Nucleus tune "Drums" has to be heard to be believed! Album includes photocopy of Coke sales promotion bulletin that was distributed with the release. Made by the "Acme Recording Service, Toronto" - QC 749. This is so rare that most dealers I've spoken to have never even heard of it. Cover NM. Vinyl is visually NM- except for very small pressing flaws on Tracks 1 & 3 (the one on Track 1 makes a single audible pop, and I can't hear the other one). Very small amount of background noise in a few spots, mostly between tracks.
