Description

Released 27 May 2021 on Swiss indie label Taxi Gauche Records, Lavender is the third full‑length from Canadian singer‑songwriter and multi‑instrumentalist Calvin Love. Known for his dreamy, lo‑fi blend of synth‑pop, psych, and indie rock, Love crafts an atmospheric, late‑night soundtrack that drifts between hazy ballads and hypnotic grooves. Standout tracks include the expansive opener Take Me There, the title track Lavender, and the soulful Heart Of Mine. This limited edition pressing is on gorgeous lavender‑coloured vinyl, housed in a high‑quality sleeve with printed inner. Still factory sealed in flawless mint condition, it’s perfect for fans of Mac DeMarco, Connan Mockasin, and Ariel Pink, as well as collectors of boutique‑label coloured vinyl.
