Description

This is a copy of the incredible recently released 10 LP California Noise box set:

http://www.californianoise.com/

A survey of artists from California specializing in noise, drones, experimental, ambience, and other forms of weirdness. Each artist gets a whole side so you get twenty different artists/groups doing their thing which ranges from sound collages, thru Merzbow-like noisy abstractions to ambient minimal drones.

This copy has been played all the way through once only with the exception of the side that I liked the most, by Solid Eye (Rick Potts of LAFMS renown) which I played twice.

The vinyl is obviously in excellent shape, having played each side once (and only needle dropping on some), it can be graded NM, with the exception of a smaller than one inch scuff that I noticed at the beginning of the Damion Romero side. This a quiet drone piece and the scuff is not audible at all. The box is in perfect shape - no damage at all. I think I put a couple of fingerprints on the damn black sheen of the box - you'd have to handle this thing with rubber gloves to avoid this (just letting you know in case you're super-fussy!).

This box set is being offered for $84 by one well known online weird music retailer and is available from the label for $75. Here's a copy that was played once with a starting bid way below that price.

Buyer to pay $15 for Priority Shipping with insurance in the Continental U.S. I'm going to estimate $35 shipping to Canadian, European, Asian & Australian, South American buyers. Anyway overseas buyers can email me and i'll ensure that you don't overpay on shipping.

Thanks for looking. Feel free to contact me with questions.
