I use the Record Collector grading system.
Record labels
The record labels are in excellent condition. I can not detect any spindle marks. Some foxing though mild in nature.
Visual
The vinyl is in near mint condition. It appears unplayed. No spindle marks to be seen on the labels.
Sleeve
The sleeve is in excellent minus condition. There is shelf wear to the corners of the sleeve and to the edge, but this is minor in nature. Some foil lift and a crease to bottom right corners though not severe. The inside surfaces of the gatefold sleeve are lovely and clean and bright. The original inner sleeves have discoloration but overall are in very good condition.
