Description

Cream's 3rd album from 1968, "WHEELS OF FIRE" contains 2 lps, one recorded Live at The Fillmore, and one In The Studio.

This is a FIRST PRESS with Matrix numbers A1/B1. The label is Polydor and the catalogue number is 582 031/2. This is the very rare MONO reording.

The beautiful psychedelic gatefold sleeve is fully intact, but shows some signs of wear, a crease and a sticker tear on the front cover. The spine is intact and readable. It rates a VG+.

The 2 discs look almost brand new. However there are 2 light visible hairline scratches which do not affect the quality of the sound. They are so close to EX that they rate EX-.

You could search for ages to find a FIRST PRESS, MONO copy of this album in this condition - mono copies currently book at £65!!!
