COWBOYS INTERNATIONAL: too much too little / hard work

STRAWBERRY RECORDINGS UK 1980 7" double-sided acetate

original double-sided acetate of great PUNK NEW WAVE band. This seems to be unreleased as there are no singles of the band with these titles. I can only guess that this was a last 1980 release which was cancelled. One track 'Too much too little" appeared on a later CD of 1979-1980 material, while the only connection I could find for "Hard work" is a track of the same title by Glen Matlock (of Sex Pistols) & the Philistines. Paul Simon was a member both bands (of Cowboys International in 1980 and also played with Glen Matlock in Philistines) so that might make sense (not sure it is the same track though). Cowboys International was Ken Lockie's band (see Mario Panciera's 45 Revolutions book for more details) and band members were also related to Public Image Limited (PIL), Clash, Banned, Ultravox and many other punk/new wave acts during the late '70s and early '80s. The acetate is in nice condition (plays bad as all acetates but the wear is minor).
