Comment: Not sure how this one turned up in Detroit, but it did! Fantastic lo-fi soul and funk. Very, very loose. The last track, "Black Birds" is a total acoustic soul slayer! I'm not sure what the purpose of this thing was -- I can only speculate. It comes off like a demo -- maybe to shop out to potential labels? But at the same time Titus Turner could have just as easily put it out. As far as I can tell, it definitely was never released commercially and it was probably pressed in an extremely small quantity (<50). I wouldn't sleep on this one.
