I ship via Canada Post and acquire a "proof of shipment" certificate
for each shipment for our mutual protection.
Shipping rates closely reflect Canada Post charges; I do not make a profit on shipping.
The Buyer is solely responsible for customs charges, if applicable.
Please note that I can only ship to a "confirmed" address listed
on your "verified" Paypal account..if you do not have a confirmed address
within a verified account, please check with me before bidding.
I ship within 2 business days after receiving payment.
I use a stiff cardboard box with inner stiffeners and bubble pack to mail records;
the record will be in its inner sleeve but removed from the outer sleeve to avoid
seam-split.
RECORD GRADING
Mint = Sealed Or Unplayed
EX = Excellent condition - Used but no significant scratches or noise - certainly no skips
VG+ = Very good condition - Used - some noise and/or a few light marks, but no skips
I do not sell heavily worn or damaged records.
Sleeve grading :
Mint = Sealed or as if brand new
EX = Excellent condition - Used but no significant damage (minor ring wear, etc)
VG+ = Very good condition - Used but some ring wear, minor tear, etc.
I do not sell heavily worn or severly damaged covers.
EXAMPLE: EX/VG+ = Record:EX / Sleeve:VG+
RETURN POLICY
I will accept returns if buyer is not completely satisfied.
Conditions for returns/refund:
Items must be returned within 7 days and received in the same condition as they left me
to receive a refund. Upon receipt, I will refund the item cost (but I can not refund
shipping costs); the Buyer will defray the costs for original and return shipping.
The item must be sent back with insurance, in packaging of the same quality as I used
(or simply use the packaging I sent !).
