Conroy Recorded Music Library - Sounds Funky & Pop Brass Background BMLP 132 - UK 1975
One of the best and most sought after titles from the Conroy catalogue of library records, this one is filled to the brim with funk instrumentals. Side A has a couple of longer tracks including 'Double Dealer' that was sampled in some 90s hip hop (Lootpack or Dilated Peoples?) but each song has potential for producers or can be played in full. On side B more short tracks and a lot of Dusty Fingers action including the psych sounding 'Electric Tuba'. Recommended! Just listen and make sure to place your bids.
