Super clean copy of this rare first record by Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes fame. His two tracks are called "North of the City" and "Lake Havasu". I'm pretty sure only 300 were pressed. Both the sleeve and vinyl are Near Mint. Also includes two inserts. No reserve!

I ship all records in quality cardboard record mailers with cardboard packing flats. Postage in the United States will be $6.50 for one 12" album via Priority Mail or $3.50 for one album via Media Mail. One 7" or CD will cost $3.00 to send via First Class Mail. The same rates ($6.50 for LP or $3.00 for 7"/CD) apply to Canada for Air Mail. Outside of North America, postage will be $12.50 for one 12" album or $5.00 for one 7"/CD via Air Maill. I am willing to ship albums via Surface Rate at winner's request. Winners of more than one item will only be charged actual postage costs. Insurance/Registered Mail is optional.
