Condition: Cover is VG with light wear on edges. Cover has a 1" seam split on top left corner, another 0.5" desm split on the bottom right corner and an old price sticker on the top left corner. The vinyl is in great VG++ condition, see detailed pictures attached (I rarely use NM, and almost never M, my grades are very strict and accurate). Very hard to find now in any condition.
