Description
COMUS - First Utterance. Orginal 1st press. 1971 UK Dawn Records DNLS 3019. With rare insert.
Here it is then, the megarare Holy Grail of psychfolkprog!! Eerie otherworldly disturbing masterpiece that for a very good reason has attained a unique position among collectors!
Vinyl:
Side 1: Plays beautifully with very little background noise. Clear dynamic sound with minimal distortion of any kind. EX+. Some very light and tiny scuffs that do not affect play in any way. Visually EX-.
Side 2: Plays beautifully until track 3 (The Prisoner) where there is some background noise. VG/EX.
Some scuffs and hairlines plus a couple of very light scratches. Visually VG+.
Insert is whole and clean.
Labels: Clean, but some spindle wear.
Sleeve: Light handling, storage and ageing wear. Unlaminated cover with large white background is a little grubby and has turned a bit off-white. Otherwise whole without any bends, names or ring wear. No rips or tears. Spine has some creases and wear but still fully intact and legible.
On the back near the opening there are two small blue ballpoint pen squiggles (check photos). Still a nice VG+.
It`s not perfect but all in all a decent copy of a megarare masterpiece!!
International shipping. Please read before bidding!
Shipping rates in Norway are expensive and there is nothing I can do about it! In fact, I sell with a small loss not to scare off any potential bidders (rates should have been higher).
