Description

Pathways of Sound, "Come for to Sing" from 1963.  Cover design by Eric Von Schmidt.  This is a sealed copy and is presumed mint.  There is a slight bend probably caused by the tautness of the shrink wrap at lower right; otherwise the package looks like new.  This is an anthology including contributions by Ramblin' Jack Elliott, Carolyn Hester, Eric Von Schmidt, Rolf Cahn, and Jackie Washington.  Songs are "Cotton-Eyed Joe", "Car Car", "Grizzly Bear", Rock Island Line", "Virgin Mary", "John Henry", "Billy Barlow", "Hush Little Baby", "Froggie Went A-Courtin'", "Night Herding Song", "Go Tell Aunt Rhody", "Gray Goose", "Howdido", "Taddle O-Day" "Haul on the Bowline", "Hambone", ""Boll Weevil", "My Good Old Man", "Candy Man", and "Old Howard".

Shipping is $4.00 media mail, $8.00 priority mail within the continental U.S.; $16.00 regular airmail to the U.K., Europe, Japan, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. A few record labels such as Folkways may be slightly more expensive to ship overseas. Additional LPs in a single package are $1.00 additional within U.S. and Canada, $2.00 elsewhere. For overseas shipments, registered mail is strongly recommended at $11.75 extra. Many old records are practically antiques and should be treated that way. This LP will be packaged with the record inside an inner sleeve but outside the jacket; both are placed inside a sealed outer sleeve and shipped inside a special oversized handcrafted mailer with padding on all sides. It is designed thick enough not to be bent in transit and strong enough to withstand a drop from a second-story window. More than two LPs together may be mailed inside a heavy Bags Unlimited pizza-style box. Your LP should arrive in the same condition as on the day it was shipped. All used LPs are play-graded on a VPI turntable with Audioquest tonearm and Grado cartridge.
