COLOSSEUM Valentyne Suite VERTIGO SWIRL 1st UK PRESS EX

This record has been vacuum machine cleaned and test played in full on quality hi-fi. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system. I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other records. Thanks

RARE UK PRESSING OF VALENTYNE SUITE, VERTIGO'S FIRST ALBUM, ON THE VERTIGO SWIRL LABEL. ORIGINAL NON LAMINATED GATEFOLD AND SWIRL INNER. LARGE SWIRL LOGO ON B SIDE. A GREAT ALBUM BY COLOSSEUM. PLAYS WITH LOVELY CLEAR SOUND QUALITY. SEE GRADING BELOW

Matrix number A-side:

Vinyl Condition:- VG++ visually, EX+ sound quality. Gleaming vinyl with about three short and light non-audible surface marks on Side 1 hence my overal VG++ grade . Side two is actually EX+ both visually and sound quality. The entire album plays with crisp clear detailed sound quality, no surface noise and no noticable clicks

This record has been fully test played on my Garrard 501 prototype deck, Rogers E40a valve amp and Quad ESL 57 Electrostatics.

Sleeve Condition:- NEAR EX Very small surface scuff in the top right hand corner, this can be seen in my first photograph of the front cover. Some mild wear to the edges and spine. The text spine is readable if a little faint.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
