Original UK stereo gatefold LP, release date 1971 on the Bronze label, catalogue number: ICD1, ICD2 Matrix nos: side1) ICD1-1A-1U side 2) ICD1-1B-1U side 3) ICD2-1A-1U side 4) ICD2-1B-1U Condition of cover/record: EX / MINT (Grading as used by Record Collector) The cover has no creases, rings, no wear to the edges, no writing or stickers. There is a ¼-inch long tear at the bottom of the front cover – see photo. One of the pink transparent plastic inner sleeves came unstuck at some point, and it is still unglued – the glue deposits are still on the inside of the gatefold, so the winning bidder will easily see where it should be re-attached. Both the plastic inner sleeves are in perfect condition, and they both have their original white foam edging at the open edges, still glued in position. The sleeves have no tears or pieces missing. The spine is in perfect condition with perfect print. The four labels have very few light spindle marks – I could only see two on each side of the first LP, and none on the second LP. The record plays ABSOLUTELY FAULTLESSLY – THE SOUND IS STUNNING – NO CLICKS POPS OR CRACKLES AT ALL. I believe the LPs were only played 2 or 3 times, hence the quality and the grading. This record was cleaned and played before the auction to ensure accuracy of description. This item has no reserve on it, & is from my personal collection.
