Original 1st press on Vertigo Swirl label VERTIGO VO1Original first pressing on the LARGE SWIRL label with 1Y1 and 2Y1 matrix endings and the „Philips record product” text on the bottom (ONLY the FIRST pressings had this text !!)…
You are bidding on the mega rare 1969 U.K. Stereo 1st pressing of the first record ever released on the Vertigo Swirl label way back in 1969; the awesome 'Valentyne Suite' by Colosseum. As well as being the first Vertigo LP, this is also seen by many as the best record ever released on the Vertigo label - and one listen confirms this, it is absolutely awesome and a great way to launch a label!!!
record = EX++ ( under blue strong light you can see some thinny hairlines) RECORD plays perfect so (very strict gradings)
Cover = EX++( minimal wear at the spine others NM)
Original Swirl inner very very small split in the middle others still nice EX
Records will be send in special boxes so corners can't crease
