Silver Crest Custom 5272 RARE!!! '69 upstate NY private press; psych, acid folk, basement lo-fi brilliance. With insert sheet. Acid Archives TOP rating!  500 copies pressed. Most have disappeared. Hasn't been sold thru Ebay since 2013. From Rockadrome website:
"Insanely rare 1969 custom record on the Silver Crest label featuring patients at a rehab hospital creating some folk, jazz and psychy underground mayhem".
 
Jacket Grade:   NM- Little to no wear to cover art. Beginnings of laminate peel at mouth of cover. No splits.
  
Record Grade:  Super clean VG++ to NM- Little to no visible play wear. A few very light surface marks. Looks to be played once.
