CLUSTER II GERMAN BRAIN RECORDS VINYL LP 1006 First Issue? Metronome Gatefold 
This has not been tested, there are slight marks to the vinyl but nothing major. The sleeve has wear and tear as pictured, the spine of it especially, and some creasing to the cover
The numbers on the vinyls read:
