Side 2 :
Brilliant Debut Album by probably one of the most overlooked of British Psych/Hippy/Experimental Bands of the late sixties, Psych Power at the end of the sixties. Recorded and released in 1969.
An Extremely Rare Record. The record is in excellent condition, on the ISLAND Label. The labels are the original course textured Island PINK with the Black Block Logo and distinctive inner circular groove. The Labels to Both sides are spotless and show no signs of any spindle marking and there is no wear to the centre hole. (See photos.)
The Vinyl is excellent and very clean, and has a great vinyl sheen. The surface of the record is excellent, very few, and only very very light surface marks if extremely critical, and only noticable under very strong light, no doubt from storage, which is only to be expected ot this age. Plays extremely well, and again if extremely critical only the very slightest hint of background static detected but limited only to the lead ins to each side where needle has dropped, and as is normally the case.Overall gives an excellent sound quality. Lovely Nice Rich High Gloss Deep Black Vinyl and Classic Stereo sound. All round an exceptionally good record.
The Gatefold Sleeve is in excellent condition. This is the very early sturdy card sleeve which has a non laminated highly textured leather look, Island First Issue Cover. There are No creases, No unwanted stickers, No Marks, No Marks from Stickers, No Tears, or Rips on the sleeve, the very slightest of light storage wear to corners and edges, but hardly noticable. The outer opening edges are extremely sharp and intact and in very good order with edge wear. The spine is totally rigid and the text on the spine is intact, only the very minimal of very light wear to spine top and bottom edges. First Pressing E.J. day of London Sleeve.
Inner Gatefold is excellent, it is crease free and very clean with all the edges are extremely sharp and free from any wear. Overall an exceptional example of this very rare classic record sleeve.
Record comes complete with the Original Paper Inner Sleeve which again is in excellent condition.
Record will be posted in fully protective packaging.
