Label:   BLUE NOTE.  Mono pressing on medium weight vinyl.  Catalog number is BLP 1582.   Label is blue and white with blue text.   “RVG” and “ear” symbol are stamped in the runout area on both sides.

DISC: 

Vinyl retains 100% of original gloss, has been played a small number of times.   Overall the album plays great, with two exceptions, which I believe occurred in storage:

Side 1 Track 1 “Laconia” has several very minor marks that produce a series of noticeable ticks in several places on the track, but the track is still quite listenable.

Side 2 Track 1 “Confirmation” has several more serious marks that produce a series of audible ticks for most of the track making the listening experience somewhat unpleasant. 

The remaining four tracks are extremely clean, play very nicely throughout, thus providing a very enjoyable listening experience.  Fidelity is crisp and clean.  Fidelity is excellent.  Labels show some minor light spotting (see scans), but otherwise are clean. 

JACKET:   Front artwork is clean and bright, with just the slightest darkening around the edges and a few very minor tradces of ring wear beginning to appear at the top.  Seams and spine are fully intact.  Light wear at corner tips.  Reverse has darkened slightly with some minor spotting, but otherwise clean with no writing or stickers.  Overall a very nice jacket.
