COVER CONDITION Excellent to Mint minus (EX to M-), The sleeve is in near new condition with slight ring and general wear (it would be near impossible to find a better sleeve).
RECORD CONDITION Excellent (EX), the record is in great condition with only a few light scuffs (it looks to have been played only a couple of times and it has a promo sticker on the near new looking labels)
GENERAL COMMENTS This ep hardly comes up for sale and this is probably the best you will find in a long time (the last copy sold for over $AU200), I will be listing more Cliff UK stereo and mono ep's shortly.
