Description

On offer is the Cliff Richard LP "Listen To Cliff" from 1961.

This was Cliff Richard's fourth album and is unusual in several ways. Firstly it doesn't contain any singles and secondly most of the tracks are cover versions covering both rock and musical standards. The covers include Ray Charles' What'd I Say, the current Everly Brothers hit Temptation and the much recorded Blue Moon and Unchained Melody. Most unusual of all the tracks feature three different backing bands/orchestra.

This is the rarer early Stereo release.

This is the original UK release on the light blue/silver stereo Columbia label that is one of his rarest albums.

CONDITION:

Vinyl - Has some mainly light surface marks that produce a little background noise in places. GRADED: VG+

Labels - Clean

Sleeve - The flipback sleeve has a small 3cm tear at the top and some wear along the bottom edge. There is a little discolouration on the unlaminated back cover. Comes in a Music For Pleasure inner sleeve and in a protective polythene outer sleeve.  GRADED: VG
