Description
This is the original UK LP by CLIFF BENNETT AND THE REBEL ROUSERS, 1963 MONO 1st Press on the yellow and black PARLOPHONE label PMC 1242
With "Sold in the UK" label credits and "PARLOPHONE CO.LTD" rim label credits
Matrix numbers are:- Side 1:- XEX 511-1N, Side 2:- XEX 512-1N
Stamper Codes are:- Side 1:- 1 / R Side 2:- 1 / R
The original 1963 UK 1st issue Garrod and Lofthouse flipback cover is in EX+ condition. The lovely thickly laminated front of the cover is nice and clean, maintaining all it's original bright vibrant colour. The back is nice and clean. Top right on the back is a Rare E.M.I ink stamp, possibly a in-house EMI copy. The spine is solid and readable. Their is no unwanted writing, the spine is solid and perfectly readable.
The vinyl is visually in EX+++ condition, close to MINT-, the vinyl gleams with all its original shine and lustre
The vinyl plays superbly, MINT-, playing with powerful crisp clean sound. SUPERB SHARP Mono SOUND!.
The label's are in EX+++ / MINT- condition, lovely and clean, no unwanted writing, spindle hole shows little or no wear. KT tax code embossed Side 2's label
The vinyl is housed in its original 1963 UK 1st issue 'USE EMITEX' die-cut inner sleeve and in EX+++ condition, no seam splits and no unwanted writing.
