Awesome reading of the Sam & Dave classic by Cliff Bennett - afraid I can't confirm this is the same version from his 1968 '...Branches Out' album; condition is as one would expect from an acetate of this vintage, quite a few pops & crackles but overall plays VG with some surface marks. There is a strange 'dappling' of the vinyl (and on the blank flipside); not sure what caused this - that's how it was when originally purchased 20 years ago. Doesn't affect play. This disc and its companion piece (see my other items) are a real pair of oddities; both examples have identical handwriting on the labels so perhaps they were intended as a 45 pairing then shelved. Who knows? I've deliberately left a reasonable timespan between each acetate so the Bennett completist may bid at leisure on both items. Any questions, do write.
