We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Gotten VERY hard to find...here is a collectible Original 1968 first pressing of the cool poprock/psychedelic Lp by CONDELLO, one that grows on the listener with each spin ...we don't often list this album because it is exceedingly hard to find and beat up when/if found - here a survivor collection copy with cool primitive label design...

Condello had a great run of top quality pop/psych/folk/rock material in the late 60's but sadly not much of it is available. However, some of his best work appears on here on his ONLY LP "Condello - Phase 1."

PHASE ONE sweeps thru many of the popular rock styles of the late 60's from folk to psych to pop to fuzzed out Hendrix/Cream style hard numbers. Although there is quite a mix here, it is always great stuff and it fits together very nicely to give it that 'album' feel.
Mike Condello did it all in four decades in the music business: serve as music director for two local Phoenix TV shows (Teen Beat and The Wallace & Ladmo Show), lead his own bands like Hub Cap and the Wheels, parody the Beatles with Commodore Condello’s Salt River Navy Band, and even play with luminaries like Keith Moon, the Tubes, and Jackson Browne. In 1968, he also led his own band — which released the psychedelic masterwork Phase 1 on Scepter Records. Featuring a young Bill Spooner on fuzz guitar, the album flows and trickles through your mind with more saturation than Lucy and her diamonds in the sky — picking up a few nuggets, boulders, and pebbles in the emergent violet haze. The phases of this pricey rarity are guaranteed to put your mind into a psychedelized headswirl trip that you’ll want to take again and again. Lead by lead vocalist, lead guitarist, piano/organist Michael Condello and bassist/vocalist Ray Trainer(who along with Condello was the principle song-writer), as well as rhythm guitarist William Spooner and drummer Dennis Kenmore, CONDELLO (based in Arizona), were a hugely talented band with amazing song-writing skills rivaling legendary '60s 'head' bands ...Best track is arguably "It Don't Matter" with nearly five minutes of fuzzed-out, hard edged blues jamming. But take note that's the only real out & out HEAVY track; the focus of the Lp is made of dynamic, well-written, well-played, and often briliant pieces of lost psychedelic-tinged poprock (the gems being the album's more pop-psych oriented material.) This is one of those albums where in another dimension it is probably worshipped by a similar humanoid race to the same degree as "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" ...we'd like to visit that dimension. CONDITION: The cover: top copy, rated: "EX" (excellent) front and M- back cover;  has a tiny bb delete mark at top right & those miniature staple marks at top left (some stores in the '60s applied their sales tags with tiny staples, one way to tell the LP is a genuine '60s artifact) ...has fresh original colors, no split seams, no bends, and no writing  ... collection worthy rarity ...

The vinyl: Clean and glossy over both sides, rated:  M- TOP COPY expect very clean and enjoyable audio play grade  ...NO surface problems ... both Scepter labels are clean
