This is a very rare original private pressing of the classic 1971 album CIRKUS ONE. This was one of the earliest privately pressed progressive albums and was limited to just 1000 copies. It is now highly sought after and difficult to find, especially in this superb condition. The album shows an incredibly high standard of songwriting and musicianship throughout, as well as having a stunning, rich sounding production by Ron Richards.

The record is in a very strong excellent condition, both visually and to listen to. It appears to have not been played very often. There is barely any spindle trail around the centre hole and the sound quality is outstanding throughout. This is very important as this is an album with many quiet passages. There are a couple of very light surface marks which are only noticeable under very harsh light and are completely inaudible, but these are barely worth mentioning and certainly do not detract from the records appearance at all. They are not even noticeable under normal light. It would be very difficult to find this LP in better condition. This is a genuinely beautiful and wonderful sounding album.

Like all original pressings of this album, this comes in an unlaminated gatefold sleeve. This is mainly black and is particulary prone to wear. This sleeve is well above average and looks great! There is some light wear around the edges and spine (text is not affected). There is also some light ring wear, where the record has made an impression, on the back sleeve. These are both almost unavoidable and very minor faults though. They do not prevent this sleeve from looking impressive and highly presentable.
