We pull inventory from sources all over the world. We have stock arriving weekly, and do our best to fill and ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be pulled, packaged and shipped. If for any reason we are unable to ship in this time frame, we will notify the buyer with the status of the order, and any other information that we have on a time frame of shipment. Payment

Payments are due within 5 days of auctions end. An unpaid item claim will be filed with Ebay if payment is not received in time specified. All payments must be via Paypal.

Condition of Item

All items are deemed new and unplayed, unless otherwise noted in auction details. It is very common for CDs and LPs pressed outside of the USA to not be shrink-wrapped. Any items that are not sealed, we will seal them with a mylar cover to help protect the item. Our auction details will give information on the following if applicable:

Cut out or promo
Any defects
Missing or damaged parts

Sealed Vinyl LPs are sold as is. We cannot guarantee the condition of the vinyl itself without compromising the original seal. We will not take returns on new and sealed copies of vinyl lps. Please do not ask us to “open” sealed LPs to verify condition.

Lost and Found Records assumes no liability for damage during transit. We ship in packaging made specifically for item(s). If items are damaged, please address problem with your carrier.

Shipping

Combined shipping is available. Domestic USA shipping comes with delivery confirmation and tracking ability. International bidders note that tracking ability is not offered on first class international shipments. We reserve the right to charge for registered shipping on any international shipments. Cost will be $11.50 on top of regular shipping charges. This will apply to larger valued shipments, and or countries with a history of problems.
