Overall the record is in clean, previously owned, collectible condition, carefully stored, from a smoke-free environment. In protective mylar bag. From the estate of magician Bruce Cervon who was a long-time fan and seriously dedicated record collector.

Record - VERY GOOD MINUS: Record looks pretty good. Light scratches and/or minor surface scuffing. Label shows some wear (writing, address sticker, edges slightly peeled).
Sleeve - VERY GOOD MINUS: Sleeve has scuffing. Shows ring wear. Has seam splits, may have tape. Edges are ragged. Corners are bent; large bend on lower left corner. Soiled on front and back cover. Writing in ink on front and back cover.
Record comes in a paper inner sleeve which may or may not be the original as issued.
