Description

CHRISTMAS SEALS CAMPAIGN 1968 -- The 5th Dimension/Andy Williams -- hard to find, original 1968 U.S. album, DJ-only promo copy.  This is one in a series of rare public service/promo albums issued by the Christmas Seals charity to help fight tuberculosis and respiratory diseases.  Side A features songs and spoken word segments by The 5th Dimension performing a number of their hits including "Up Up & Away," "Go Where You Wanna Go" and others; Side B features famed pop crooner Andy Williams singing and doing PSA announcements for Christmas Seals.  These records were never sold commercially to the public.  Does not come up for sale often.  Cover:  VG+, ring wear, wear at corners, light stain on front bottom right, 2" split in middle of top seam.  Record:  Near Mint-, on Decca Custom Records label, U.S. pressing.
