This is the first-issue LP, self-distributed by ECM Records.
At the time, ECM was still operating independently from a small local electronics shop in Pasing of Munich, Germany—producing and distributing records on their own.
Copies from this very early phase have become extremely rare.
Even among early ECM pressings of this title found in Japan, this true first issue is seldom seen—perhaps only 1 or 2 out of every 10 copies.
