As you might have heard, Ms Neneh Cherry has returned with her first solo album in almost two decades and it's blessed with some high profile help. Now feeling at home on Smalltown Supersound, the Oslo-based label that issued The Cherry Thing, her collaborative album with The Thing back in 2012, Blank Project was recorded with the assistance of arch finger in pie merchant Four Tet and his buddies Rocketnumbernine. The ten track album also features a guest spot from Robyn, but this is really all about Cherry's voice, which can sound fragile and overwhelmingly powerful depending on the mood.
