Charlie Rich (December 14, 1932 - July 25, 1995) was an American Country Music Singer/Musician. A Grammy Award winner, his eclectic-style of music was often hard to classify in a single genre, playing in the rockabilly, jazz, blues, country, and gospel genres.

In the latter part of his life, Rich acquired the nickname The Silver Fox. He is perhaps best remembered for a pair of 1973 hits, "Behind Closed Doors" and "The Most Beautiful Girl". "The Most Beautiful Girl" topped the U.S. country singles charts, as well as the pop singles ~ (Wikipedia).

There are numerous surface marks, scuff marks and some light scratches on both sides of the vinyl.

There is some faint background popping in places.   Also in the first half this track the single does jump slightly on one occasion.     Despite these issues Charlie Rich still sounds great on this rare demonstration single.

Dear collector, we are the BARRACLOUGH Brothers of CollectableVinylRecords.

The chronology of the collection stretches from the early 1960s to the early 1980s.   Within this period, there is a concentration of records released between 1965 and 1969 - a seminal era for music that is reflected by its collectability.  Although the spectrum of musical genre is varied, this collection heavily features PSYCHEDELIC, FREAKBEAT, PUNK, MOTOWN and NORTHERN SOUL.  All our items have a low start price of £4.99, because we believe that each will reach its true market value  ~  This is thanks, largely to our loyal client base we have aquired for consistently listing HIGHLY COLLECTABLE Vinyl.   Fresh RARE records usually start on a Thursday, ending 10 days later on the Sunday Evenings.

We have a data-based collection, using the RARE RECORD PRICE GUIDES' grading scale (If you are unaware of this grading system please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will reply as soon as possible with the guides description). As you can see in the description there is a grading given for VINYL and AUDIO QUALITY.  This is necessary because a record may seem poor quality when viewed, but when played the AUDIO QUALITY is often excellent.  Conversely the VINYL QUALITY may seem excellent but when played the AUDIO QUALITY can be quite poor.    

** NOTE ~ If there is any information on this item currently missing i.e - There is no 'Div Share' Audio Player, when stated in the 'AUDIO QUALITY GRADING' there should be at the bottom of the listing.  These changes will usually rectified on FRIDAY MORNING ~ This is usually the cause of any 'REVISIONs' which are stated.
