CHARLIE PARKER ALL STAR SEXTET MONO DG ROYAL ROOST LP
An original mono deep groove pressing of the 1958 Charlie Parker LP All Star Sextet (Royal Roost LP 2210), finding Bird blowing along with Miles Davis, Max Roach, J.J. Johnson, Duke Jordon, and Tommy Potter.
The cover is very good plus due to some ring and edge wear in addition to some minor scratching, a few scuffs and spots of discoloration, a small tear in the upper right-hand corner (within Roach's image) where its original price tag was torn off, and a few seam splits (5" in the upper right along with a 3" split in the center of its bottom, and an inch-long split in the lower right). The LP itself is excellent.
To protect your investment, this LP - as with all vinyl purchased at The Great Escape Online - will be placed in a new plastic outer sleeve prior to packing and shipping.
