Description
It doesn't get any more Rock and Roll than Charlie Feathers and this is the greatest side he ever cut. Meteor 5032 issued in 1956 mostly with black labels this is the much more rare maroon colored label. This has a book value of $1500.00 in NM condition--Unfortunately for me ( and you) it isn't in that range of condition. This is a very used 45 many light scuffs/scratches mar it's surface and there is a warp(noticable in photos) in the beginning of the record that will make your needle jump out of the grooves unless your tone arm is heavy - but if you do adjust it both sides will play very nicely. Normally I wouldn't list something in this condition but I figure there is a hardcore Rockabilly fan out there who will cherish this rarity even in this less than perfect condition . I used to have it resting on the mantle underneath by my poster of Eddie Cochran.
