COMMENTS

The pressing and vinyl quality of these London Atlantic issues are first class.
The thick and heavy virgin vinyl displays an incredibly vivid reproduction and silent background that the U.S equivalants do not have due to thinner and lower quality vinyl. In this ase Jubilee records which are renowned for surface noise however clean.

MY HISTORY

I am in the process of downsizing my collection of records, vintage high end hi fi and musical instruments.
Please look forward to some very rare and desirable items in the following months.

RECORDS

All records from my collection have been stored and played under audiophile conditions.
My system consists of a Garrard 301 turntable, Sme 3012 tonearm and Denon DL-103R cartridge.
If you are unfamiliar with this equipment please do a search to find that this combination is the choice of discerning vintage audiophiles worldwide.
Due to the size of my collection most records have been rarely played whilst in my possession.
They have been stored upright and protected by Nagaoka anti static inners and heavy polythene outer sleeves and cleaned with Disc Doctor cleaner which is the prefered cleaner for all discerning record collectors and archive libraries worldwide.
The exception to the rule is this current batch of lps, prefering to keep them factory fresh.

MY POLICY

I prefer to refrain from using words such as STUNNING!!! AWESOME!!! MEGA RARE!!! etc, or writing 1000 word essays on the history of the artist in question.
I try to keep my descriptions as close as possible to the item in hand.
I generally try to play grade every record for sale which is in accordance with the Record Collector grading system, as the play grade can be a lot more impressive than the visual and visa versa.
I generally do not offer any records that are below the visual grade of EXCELLENT unless they are:
A. Rare in any condition, or
B. Play grade way above the visual, as I am aware that there are many collectors out there who are satisfied with a clean playing record and not asthetics.
Most importantly I do not offer any records that display tracking distortion from poor cartridge alignments or worn styli.

PACKING

All records and inners are removed from their outer sleeves to prevent splits in transit, and reinforced by 2 cardboard stiffeners and sent in dedicated mailers, either cruciform or envelopes.
Most will be sent with Nagaoka inners plus the original inner seperate as it is pointless putting a clean record back into a dusty original.
If you have any special packing requirements I will be happy to oblige.

FEEDBACK

I maintain 100% feedback due to excellent packing of fragile vintage items, grading, fast shipping and friendly communication. Please view comments left by buyers that relate to this.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I am all too aware how disappointing it is to receive something that has been knowingly over graded through a misleading description. As my seller feedback proves, I have yet to encounter this.
However, I have always maintained a strict but fair returns policy.
If the item is clearly not to the standard of the listing I will refund the full price of the auction including one way shipping costs.
ONLY if,
A. The SAME item is returned in the SAME condition as it was sent.
I will not tolerate attempts to return an altogether different item in lesser condition.
B. That contact is made within 3 days from receipt of goods stating your intention to return the item. All items must be returned within 7 days.
Thankfully, I have yet to encounter any unsatisfied customers, but this is my policy should the situation arise.

POSTAGE

I do not overcharge for postage, only what it costs me.
Due to the fact that in the case of records some may weigh slightly more than others there may be a difference of a few pence either way, but my flat rate is stated below.

Please look forward to a friendly transaction from a true enthusiast.
All questions will be answered fully to the best of my knowledge.
Thank you for your interest.
