Description
This is a rare early repress of the excellent TRIO LP by CHARLES MINGUS, HAMPTON HAWES and DANNY RICHMOND on Jubilee Records (Mono, JLP 1054) from 1959. A fantastic jazz record from this legendary lineup. The vinyl is in VG condition with some light marks and wear and some lightly audible surface noise (not for the most demanding audiophiles, but a perfectly enjoyable copy without skips or other anomalies that sounds better than it looks thanks to a quality 1960s pressing). The sturdy cardboard cover is in VG/VG+ condition with a few minor scuffs and dings, as pictured. Don't pass up a rare gem like this!
