THE CHANTS-45-“Hypnotized” b/w “Elaina”-B. Ware Records #869-Killerkool 1966 Dallas TEXAS Garage-Punk. A side has appeared on assorted comps—Punk-edged Zombies-ish sound with two stinging lead guitar breaks. Great track. B side is also Zombies-go-garage; great cryptic teen ballad with haunting Farfisa organ and a REALLY KILLER-KOOL surf-like lead guitar break.
Condition: Record is close to VG- or better, possibly VG; some very light surface/and/paper scuffs visible in certain light angles. Has a slow, obvious storage warp-does not affect play at all. Plays great. B side has some slight background noise at times due to the quieter content.
Label clean both sides; has some light wear.
