My highest grade for a non-sealed records is usually NM (Near Mint) I will grade it as Mint only if it's sealed or if I am 100% certain that this record was hardly played and has no pressings faults. I will not list records less than VG condition unless they are extremely rare.

Record is wrapped in bubble-nylon, record seperated from cover and packed in a high-quality cardboard record mailer.
