GRADING
Grading is conservative using the following guidelines:
M (mint) The lp is factory sealed, unopened and unplayed.
NM (near mint) The lp will have no marks and should play as new.
EX (excellent) The lp may have light non-sounding marks, paper scuffs, minor backgroung noise, light ticking but nothing excessive.
VG (very good) The lp may have light to moderate scratches with audible noise, clicking, pops, etc.
Plus (+) and (-) modifers are used to denote a better or lesser condition from the basic grade.
The following services are performed at no extra cost for my valued customers.
1. Warped records are restored to perfect or very near perfect standards using the remarkable AIRTIGHT DISC FLATTER
2. Records are cleaned to a pristine super clean surface (better than new) using my trusty VPI VACUUM RECORD CLEANING MACHINE
3. After a cleaning, the lps are placed into a new anti-static inner sleeve to prevent static buildup.
4. Record covers receive a new 4 mil mylar outer sleeve.
5. Records are shipped in new 200 lb. test card board boxes for maximum protection.
For the most part, records will be graded by visual standards and spot checked for playing condition.
When a record is play-graded it will be stated in the description.
In all instances, PLAY-GRADED ratings should be considered more accurate in the overall rating of the lp than by VISUAL ratings.
Lps will be examined for flat / bowed / dished / warped conditions on a turntable platter in motion without a record clamp being applied.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. DESCRIPTIONS
Although the CLASSICAL RECORD EXCHANGE has made every attempt to describe correctly the items offered for sale, occasionally errors do occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to make corrections when necessary and provide additional information at any time during the sale.Descriptions are guaranteed to be accurate as regards to authenticity, vintage and condition.
Images displayed are of the actual item for sale and are intended to assist bidders in identification.
2. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS
Successful bidders will receive an invoice with the transaction details for all purchases at the close of the sale and I would appreciate an e-mail response within three days and the transaction completed within seven days.It is the responsibility of the bidder to furnish a valid e-mail address where they can be contacted. Please be advised, if the bidder does not respond to e-mails or make their payment within the prescribed time frame, the item(s) is subject to withdrawal at our discretion and the bidder will be blocked from all future sales.
3. U.S.SHIPPING
Please wait for my invoice with the buyer's option to ship via USPS media or priority mail.
An inexpensive shipping option is via USPS media mail. The buyer pays $4.00 for media mail for the first lp and $0.50 for each additional lp with 1-3 weeks delivery time.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs will be calculated by weight and destination country. All items will be shipped USPS First-Class Mail International(FCMI) up to 4 pounds and Priority Mail International(PMI) or Express Mail International(EMI) when over 4 pounds.</> Surface mail for international shipments has been discontinued by USPS and is no longer availible.International shipping rates via First-Class Mail International for 1 lp is as follows: CANADA, $7.50, The REST OF THE WORLD, $14.00. At the present time, all shipments to Italy and France will require Priority Mail International postage due to numerous problems with the delivery service in those countries.
Additional lps will average down the postage considerably, approximately $4.00 to $5.00 each after the first one.

Multiple purchases and box sets will be invoiced. A definite amount for shipping will be established after the items are properly packaged and weighed.
5. INTERNATIONAL TRACKING
While international airmail shipments infrequently go astray, please note that First Class International does not offer tracking services for your packages.
To receive tracking one must ship via Priority Mail International. PMI is recommended and optional for most items. Please contact me for PMI shipping quotes.
Please be advised, Priority Mail International shipping will be REQUIRED for very expensive items, large orders and shipments to countries with unreliable postal services.
6. PACKAGING
My first priority when shipping is to provide secure packing and maximum protection for the records. I use NEW sturdy 200 lb. test corrugated boxes for 1-2 lps. Larger orders are shipped in an oversized 200 lb. test corrugated box that allows extra space for crushing materials and more protection.
Before putting the items into the box, the records are removed from the cover to prevent slicing through the seams while in transit, placed into a plastic outer sleeve with the cover and packed tightly with stiffners or various crushing materials to prevent movement and possible damage. My packaging procedure may vary at times, but essentially it is as stated in this description.
7. PAYMENT
PAYPAL is mandatory for all DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL transactions. Please make ONE PAYMENT for multiple purchases to avoid unnecessary refunds and shipping delays.
