This is a vintage vinyl pressing - NOT a recent reissue.
Blue and white label with "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC - NEW YORK USA" address, "R" on the bottom.
Back cover address reads: "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23".
Vinyl: M-, thick deep groove pressing, looks unplayed, no spindle marks, "VAN GELDER" stamped in both trailoffs, stereo.
Cover: M-, no splits, no cutouts, no drillholes, includes original BLUE NOTE inner sleeve, paper chips missing along top edge, 2 places, 3/4" each.
