Label / Cat#: SWEET CITY / SCL 7862 (ORIGINAL 1980/1981 PRESSING)
VINYL: EX-/VG++ / Music plays through strong & loud with just a hint of occasional light pop & crackle. The vinyl still retains it's shine & only has a few light surface marks, nothing that distracts from the enjoyment of play. Please do listen to the excerpt taken from the actual record below to hear how it plays on my turntable. The labels look nice on both sides with no real signs of wear to mention aside from a "2" written in black marker on side 1.
COVER: VG-/G+ / The cover looks ok overall with some shelf wear, a price sticker, a cut/promo corner & a decent amount of moisture damage & surface tearing. It's not really too horrible but definitely visible; please take a look at the pictures.
Very rare "Midnight Love Affair" LP by Carter and Chanel, an original 1980/1981 SWEET CITY pressing. Rare Modern Soul Funk Boogie Disco that has earned it's holy grail status.
