I would grade the vinyl at a little better than VG but probably not VG+. There is still a nice amount of original shine and luster with an ample amount of surface marks and scuffs on both sides. There are a few hairline scratches that are not deep nor can be felt with a light sweep. You'll hear some intermittent surface noise in various spots but I don't think they are overpowering, especially with a VG grade.
The cover still has a good amount of original gloss and moderate shelf wear. The back has a little age discoloration but again pretty moderate. The top edge has a split of approximately 3". The spine is nice...no writing...a tiny crease on back cover.
Overall this is a very solid copy given the rarity and an incredibly low starting price for a record that normally sells for quite a bit.
