Top rare single pressed in Argentina in 1966.
One of the rarest artifacts related to Bob Dylan pressed in this region.
Carlos Waxemberg, pioneer folk singer from Argentina, performing a really curious version of Blowin' In The Wind.
He stars with few verses recited in spanish before going to actual song. Weird.
As usual in this part of the world, titles are translated into spanish.

Cover Grading: No cover. Plain white paper sleeve.
Vinyl grading: G+ with a looot of surface marks. Obviously plays with surface noise, tics, tocs, etc. I playtested the Dylan song and the voice of Waxemberg is loud and very clear despites all the flaws (NM; EX; VG+; VG; G;)
