Very nice copy of this classic Beefheart double album. Original pressing on Straight. The gatefold jacket is Excellent with some minor signs of shelf wear around the edges. The vinyl is Near Mint. Also includes the original Straight inner sleeves. Great copy of this scarce original pressing. No reserve!

I want to be clear that while the catalog number on the jacket is STS 1053, the labels state it as 2MS 2027 (as seen in the photo). It was my understanding upon listing that this was the only Straight pressing, though I've received an email stating that there is a label that has a printed catalog number of STS 1053. The copy for sale in this auction is what you see in the photos. It is a vintage Straight pressing (not a modern reissue nor a Reprise issue). Also, there is no insert with this copy, other than the printed Straight inner sleeves. Feel free to email with any questions (I will be out of town on Sunday, so email before then.)
