Description
Absolutely beautiful copy of the original 1960 first pressing of the Cannonball Adderley Quintet’s live at the Lighthouse LP on Riverside RLP-344. Original blue Microgroove DG labels. The disc is just gorgeous and plays near flawlessly. There are some of those superficial streaks that come from the wax sleeve, but they are not damage at all. Really there is nearly no wear whatsoever on the disc. It plays flawlessly but with very light crackle in just a couple of spots. Barely. The cover is also unusually beautiful. There is some wear at the upper edge, which is fraying a little, but otherwise just has light signs of age and gentle use. The gold is still shiny, the spine readable, and the edges crisp. Really a beautiful copy all around. Very hard to top this one.
