ONE OF the rarest NWOBHM related albums in existance. I found this album in a store called Cheapo Cheapo Records in Soho, London in 1980 and have been baffled by it ever since as it was a white label test pressing with sparse information on the rear sleeve. Since then I've only seen one other copy which is also a white label promo that I bought several years ago at a record show. It's questionable whether this album was ever actually ever officially 'released' as the label I seem to recall went bust in 1980 following a disasterous album issued by NWOBHM stalwarts Samson.
It turns out that the band were fronted by Jackie Bodimead, the future Girslchool lead vocalist. Her brother Tony Bodimead is on guitar and the music is more progressive metal than straight down the line Girschool stuff. It's very complex and heavily influenced by Rush and Renaissance with long epic tracks, great lyrics and good arrangements. Amazingly the production is courtesy of Derek Lawrence, the one time man behind classic records from Wishbone Ash, Deep Purple, Legs Diamond and Angel amongst many others.

Vinyl: Superb clean condition. No spindle marks and very little sign of use. This is a white label copy with handwritten details on one side. Grades as a beautiful MINT-!
Cover: Minor signs of use. Issued in a beautifully illustrated fantasy style full colour cover. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, slight spilt seam on bottom edge, and only one extremely faint crease. Spine is stiff and uncrushed. Beautiful and impossible to find like this 34 years after release. Grades as Ex+
